You don't want to use Mobi. You cannot embed the fonts you want. You want to use KF8 (AZW3) as it will allow the fonts you want to be embedded. KF8 will do what you want. You will have to select Publisher Font to activate those fonts. If neither of these fonts are your min font, you'll want to embed one more font for your main font as the default main font when Publisher Font is selected may not be what you want.
