That depends on the purpose of this conversion. If it is for personal use on a newer device then that is not an issue.

If it is something being produced for sale on Amazon then it is good to be aware that the embedded fonts will not be visible to some customers. In that case using calibre for conversion to MOBI is entirely the wrong approach to use.
