You might want to set eReaderIQ to watch for sales on the following books:

Stories from the Twilight Zone by Rod Serling
More Stories from the Twilight Zone by Rod Serling
New Stories from the Twilight Zone by Rod Serling
Night Gallery by Rod Serling
Night Gallery 2 by Rod Serling
The Season To Be Wary by Rod Serling
Nightmare At 20,000 Feet: Horror Stories By Richard Matheson
Duel: Terror Stories by Richard Matheson
Perchance to Dream: Selected Stories by Charles Beaumont

Those were the big TZ contributors.

I want to say there's a book (or books) of short stories that were adapted to Twilight Zone episodes, mixing stories from various authors. But I doubt they've been released as ebooks.
