If you have any influence on the matter I suggest you use it to get Alfred Cardiology to get the system that sends their reminders altered to put the "Please confirm…" text is at the top of the message rather than below date and time of appointment - like the reminder the Sydney Theatre Company sent me yesterday and RPA pacemaker clinic sent a month ago.
