Where consensus diverges is how important that is relative to other features, including cost. When those are factored in, PW4 is optimal for me (though I reserve right to change my mind when someone gives me an Oasis).

I think the PW3 is very similar to the Oasis. So it would go (from best to worst)...
Voyage > Oasis 3 & PW3 > PW4 > Kindle Basic
