I think consensus is that PW4 < PW3 < Oasis < Voyage when it comes to screen quality.
Where consensus diverges is how important that is relative to other features, including cost. When those are factored in, PW4 is optimal for me (though I reserve right to change my mind when someone gives me an Oasis).
