If it's the same as Finereader 12:

Tools > View Dictionaries

Name:	Finereader.Tools.View.Dictionaries.png
Views:	326
Size:	4.7 KB
ID:	186549

Here's the default folders:

Folder where to store dictionaries:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\ABBYY\Fi neReader\12.00\UserDictionaries

Use custom Microsoft Word dictionary:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Microsof t\UProof\CUSTOM.DIC

You can also press on a language—such as "English (United States)"—and press the View... button:

Name:	Finereader.Dictionary.View.png
Views:	365
Size:	4.7 KB
ID:	186550

From there, you can manually Add/Remove words and Import/Export dictionaries.
