That is the list the device is allowed (supported). You add a tick (or remove those for formats not wanted). The ORDER is the priority when choosing
eg AZW before Mobi
The issue I see, is where the format lands. The Kindle app wants one place, you other one may not see that folder.
Consider Save to Disk (template Path set) for non-Kindle books as a possible work around
