Simply drop the Update into the Details (main GUI) or the Format section (MDE) and it replaces the existing BOOK FORMAT
The first 2 tools are BUILT IN. You may need to add the to the toolbar via Preferences: Behavior: toolbars
The last (modify EPUB) can be added via Preferences:get plugins
