@underscore Long press on the eraser icon results in a menu*.
Mobile Eraser is what you want. See attached screenshot. (The note taking feature also works as a child pacifier, while having online meetings.

@ottischwenk The dot thickness of the mobile eraser handles the stroke with of the eraser. So already implemented in the software, albeit somewhat coarse.
