Same rant, different day. Team leads that want to micromanage from the comfort of their home. It's hard to build that relationship when you're never in the office but the rest of the team is. I've been there 6 months. I can still count on my fingers and toes how many times you've been in the office. And have a few left over.
Then there's the back hallway that has ears and reports on your every move. Yeah, that's real conducive to helping out your coworkers. Remind me to never ask you a simple question again since you seem to have a hotline to the absent micromanager.
