No, that's the point. the Auto-Fix of Check breaks it if it has a font file name issue.
The only 100% sure way is the removal and re-addition of fonts in the Editor, then Check doesn't find a problem.
If I don't let Check fix it and don't manually fix it, sometimes it works on the Kobo as it doesn't seem to mind spaces. Always works in Calibre viewer.
