Yeah, I am hoping it's because they are not ordered as frequently and therefore are less likely to be running the most up-to-date firmware.
Mine too, re the refurbs, but a part of me is worried that maybe some of them are being returned because the firmware is too high for the jb. Which is probably really unlikely.
