In Australia, JB HiFi have Kobo devices on sale at least four times a year. It has usually been $20 off for the Glo/Glo HD/Clara HD or about $30 Aura H2O/Libra H2O. I'm not sure if they ever had the Aura ONE or Forma HD on sale. Kobo AU frequently have the same sale.
Timing wise, they usually do it for Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. At those times, they have them in their catalogues. And the usually have them on sale at some other time during the year. And apparently now is one of those times.
