Nope. does not exist.
Viewer opens books it was handed or chosen from the file menu.
It HAS NO idea about your reading list or next book in the series.

OTOH it has a History list, so you could open, one after another, the books to read (the limit is 5 IIRC) and then use History. Again, Series info is NOT something that shows up on the Open menu (those are Calibre filename)
