Or it could be a mistake on the publishers part. Maybe they have someone new who clicked a "Yes" when they should have clicked "No" when submitting the book to Amazon. Or Amazon changed something and they didn't notice.
Has anyone asked the publisher? If it is a mistake, they might be able to fix it. Or realise it isn't a good idea change their minds about it.
