Sorry about that, I just assumed it did. There is no USB mode menu item on the Kindle. I forgot that in the Libra it had to be enabled.

I bought the KOA3 back when it first came out in 2019. It's a really nice reader... hardware wise...the size, the warm light feature, the buttons, beautiful screen. Software wise it's okay, except the most important features... fonts, line spacing, margins! Since I could not jailbreak it back then, I really tried to make it work using the stock software, but I'm super picky! The fonts not dark enough, and fonts actually changed appearance (to the worst) when using the software bold feature. Font sizes were either too small or too big, no inbetween sizes that was comfortable. The included fonts are awful and I used a custom font, got it to look okay by manipulating it in a font program. Then after one of the updates (it's on 5.13.2 now) my custom font that looked pretty good suddenly did not. It rendered horribly. Letter heights became uneven. It got to where I regretted buying this device and I put it away and bought the Libra and put KOReader on it. The Libra is an excellent device, but I just have a little issue with the buttons. My hands are small and my thumb lays comfortably between the two buttons. Only you can't press the very bottom edge of the top button to page forward or the very top edge of the bottom button to page back... you have to press more in the center and top of the top button and more to the center and bottom of the bottom button. So not as comfortable for me. Whereas on the Kindle, I can press the edges of the buttons, so I don't have the problem and it's more comfortable.

When I saw the new jailbreak method, I dug out the Kindle and performed the jailbreak and put KOReader on it. It's absolutely beautiful! I appreciate you all for the hard work you put in KOReader and that you share it. It is superior to the Kindle software!

Thank you!
