Option 2, how to fix it:
Change the Georgia and Avenir font to newer versions that have these glyphs (I checked)

In your specific case, I would advise you to use option 2.
Option 3 is the most unlikely, but still: when creating the dictionary itself, there were problems with these symbols, you need to look at the dictionary

I managed to make it work using the 1st Option given. Thank you for your help!
I wasn't, however, able to find a place where I can download the latest versions of the Georgia and Avenir fonts, in order to apply the 2nd Option.
