If there is a way to export the list from Amazon as a CSV, you could use the Import List plugin to match that list with the books in calibre.

Or if they are all on your Kindle, connect it and look at the device list. The books that do not have a green tick are not matched to books in the library. You need check this and then match some manually, but, it should be fairly close.
