There's a Checksum column value in the Achievement table, so unfortunately it's not as simple as just changing values. A few years ago someone was trying to reverse-engineeer the Reading Stats Checksum, but I'm not sure if they (I think it was geek1011) were successful.
Did anyone ever figure how it was calculated?
