Chances are, if the limitations with Calibre were not a problem with the Paperwhite, they won't with another Kindle. I think I don't take advantage of the Kobo / Calibre integration (Maybe I'm missing something, will discover it later and be happy about it though)
I tend to read more with my Oasis 3 as the screen, buttons and performances are better. I simply forget the device with my Kindle, while I'm reminded I'm on a (slow) e-reader when I use the Libra.
If budget is tight, I would go with the Libra, if not, the Oasis 3 is a serious option.
