The above link works for me.
Just check the firmware link again, it seems the build date is 2020-11-19_13-50_3.0_88a2f03 which shows the firmware is still 3.0. It seems to me that Onyx pulled back firmware update v3.1 for all devices except Nova3.

But I guess you can download the latest NeoReader from a few posts above and install it onto Max Lumi.
Chrome and Safari don't want open this link, Firefox can't complete the download. I had written to Boox (in italian because the interface was in italian)
