HAllo,

I have an M96 Onyx boox device around 6 years old.

The battery has somehow so degraded that the usability of device is severly reduced (very small use time before battery goes to 0).
Otherwise everything works ok (I think Andorid 4 or something is there, I havent updated lately cause everything works and I didnt want to mess up anything).

Is there some way to replace the battery or to send the device somewhere for battery replacement (and what would be the cost) ? I live in Germany.
