I have just now updated the user-guide in the first post of this thread. The latest version has a few faq additions, and has integrated in odamizu's Book Browser and Manage Plugins chapters.

As far as I know, we just have two chapters "Find & Replace" and "Saved Searches" outstanding. They should be along within the upcoming week (hopefully) and we can then pass this along to BeckyEbook who volunteered to do some final polishing and fix some inconsistencies.
