well, i'm not sure that it *matters* per se, however i think it's interesting to see the percentage of women frequenting this forum since there is a stereotype that women are less interested in / capable with technology (which this forum, at least, would tend to argue against). i also think it's interesting that this particular tech seems to appeal quite a lot to people who might not have much interest in gadgets / tech in general. i wonder whether it's a sign of liseuses becoming more mainstream, which i believe they definitely are, or perhaps there are other factors to take into account. i do think it's an interesting question.
