For what it matters, continuing to hammer the site with requests is probably not productive. Once Cloudflare flags an IP as suspicious, it takes a few weeks of non-suspicious activity before it drops the extra restrictions that break FFF. At worst, you may be extending that time every time you try to re-download.

Using the browser cache is your best option, even if it's a little annoying at times.
