Big problem with Neoreader and PDF export

Hi, I'm using Neoreader for the its feature to add handwrites notes in ePub. The feature is wonderful but not stable: using the TOC to jump in chapters, Neoreader changes the starting page of the pagination, so sometimes the handwritten notes are iconized when you close the ePub and re-open it in another time.

But the problem I found today is bigger: I have handwritten notes in 100+ ePub pages and when I tried to export them to PDF (on PNG) the result was messy: the text flow from one page to another is wrong, some words are missing, and the handwritten notes are scrambled.

The only way I found to preserve the handwritten notes is to screenshot every single page, one by one.

If someone has suggestion to correct the exporting from ePub is welcomed.
