Kobo AU and GB have it, but not US.

It looks like her books have been revamped recently (well, since the last time I looked at them, not sure how recently that is). The covers have all changed and I'm almost certain there was an ebook omnibus of the Merlin trilogy, but that seems to have disappeared.
