I've been patient, tried to carefully consider my responses, put in effort to search for a solution, admitted when i was wrong before, and I've posted as best as i can what i have done and what i know. the folder issue happened as i explained, and i had loaded calibre enough times to know that it didn't just go away on it's own. maybe there are simply variables or conditions you haven't accounted for...

i mean no disrespect. i work in technical support. i know it can be frustrating to explain things when you aren't on the same page, or knowledge of a system differes between you. but i try to discuss things kindly and ask questions to figure things out. i don't have the time or desire to be a back end system expert on e-reader software. i want to read books and have them look as good as i can. i had an issue, so i came where i thought i might find a solution.

I am rhankful for the work you've done on the utilities, and I'm sure many others have benefitted greatly from it as well. my books are currently working as intended so hopefully this thread can help anyone else having the issue.
