I followed the steps 1 (because firmware was 5.13.4) and 2 and got an update error 12 when I should go to step of install factory rom.

I correctly skipped wifi settings, too.

What Can I do? Do a new factory reset? Get a new diags file?

Any help is appreciated.

I have a PW4 8GB.
