For what it's worth these are my preferences:
BookBrowser
CodeView
Spellcheck
eReader
ereading
filename
ePub
dialogue (but then you would have to use colour, favourite, labour etc etc.
)
toolbar
ebook
I don't think it makes a huge difference whatever format is used as long as it's clear what it means. There are always going to be differences when you involve people on opposite sides of the 'pond'.
