I think it should be consistent with Sigil's User Interface.

For example:
  • The Book Browser window is literally titled: Book Browser
  • The main menu is literally: View > Toolbars
  • The main menu is literally: Tools > Spellcheck
  • The UI is inconsistent on epub/EPUB/ePub/Epub
  • Etc.

If we follow the UI for Book Browser, then I think Code View is appropriate.

For the rest, I suggest picking a dictionary as arbiter (keeping in mind that different dictionaries may disagree — which is why it's best to pick one dictionary as the final word).
