I've included a
link to a test epub in my post.
He probably wants the second line in the screenshot to be right-aligned:
I.e.,
אלהים את השמים ואת הארץ</p> should be right-aligned.
(Currently, it's rendered like the multi-line <h4> LTR text above it.)
