I'm having issues installing Python 2.7 on my jailbroken PW4 v5.13.3. I've also tried and failed installing it on v5.10.3. It always stops at 39% with error return code 1. It always fails at the following lines in the MRInstaller logs.

I have 3.3GB spare space on my Kindle so it shouldn't be a storage issue. Are there any fixes to this? I've been trying to find older versions of the Python 2.7 installer online to no avail.
