I followed the instructions on the FAQ page you linked to above (reset Kindle) but am still unable to receive any book via email from calibri.

I can confirm that when I send a test email from Calibri, the email is reported to send successfully.

I can also confirm that whispersync is set to "on" for the device on my amazon account and on the device itself under "whispersync for books."
