One other thing we could have voted on — who made your appointment? In the U.S., it is often your child. I spent hours to get an appointment for my mom, and one of our sons did the same for Barbara and myself. There also is a parent for child appointment coming up in my family.
I wonder what the age is above which mostly children or caretakers make the appointment and below which people mostly handle it for themselves. Eighty-ish, I’d guess.
