Failed to launch Calibre

For the past few upgrades I have been getting an error a lot of times when I go to start Calibre.

calibre, version 5.9.0
ERROR: Contacting calibre failed: Failed to contact running instance of calibre, try restarting calibre

Failed to connect to Listener at: \\.\pipe\CalibreGUI-Robinx with error: QLocalSocket::connectToServer: Invalid name

b'launched:["calibre.exe"]'

I launch Calibre, and it appears to launch, but it won't show up in my task bar and it won't actually launch. When I go to click on the shortcut again, I get the previous error, or another one saying Calibre is already running. I use task manager to close out Calibre, then run it again and it's fine.

Also, when running Calibre in Debug mode if I close out calibre using the "restart" application it will say that the bug report can't be shown because it's in use (I guess it needs more time to close and stop calibre debug). If I close out Calibre by just closing it, there isn't a debug log shown at all, if I go to my temp folder to find the debug log, it's in use as the calibre debug .exe is still running even though Calibre is closed.

Yes, this is showing a report for a previous version of Calibre, I just installed it to see if a plugin that recently stopped working will run on a previous version, but this problem I am bringing up now started about two months ago (and I have been updating as soon as it's been released) and continues to the current updated version.
