Add Books to calibre
Attached is a test version of the LibraryThing Match plugin that can add books to calibre. It also includes an option to match using ISBNs.

See this post at the bottom of the thread for details.

This version of the plugin can be installed manually for testing purposes:
  1. Download the attached ZIP file
  2. Install in calibre from Preferences - Plugins - Load plugin from file

Report any issues at the bottom of this thread.
