I have an Onyx Poke 3 and my window do not recognize it, only charging. I've already try with "USB Debugging Mode" on and off but still no different, At this moment I can only send files (ebooks, fonts) from my window to the device using Boox push server.

In the homepage, it stated that: "In addition to the standard way of copying ebooks with the help of a USB cable, you can transfer them via Bluetooth or a Wi-Fi channel when connected to the Internet." The latter is fine but the former doesn't work for me.

I've already install the latest firmware (2021-01-19_22-14_3.0_cdf1fb8), but it still can not fix it.
If anyone know how to fix this issue, please help me. I've already google it but it seem to me that there's no report related to this issue.
