We've been deluged by heavy, soaking rains for the last few days; but the sun made an appearance today and gave me hope that we've seen the last of the downpours for a while. That hope was short lived, however, as I see from my weather app that rain is expected to begin again around three in the morning and last until roughly Labor Day.
