Guess I'm already outdated, what can I say - received a Kindle 1 late last year, really busy moving, etc., didn't get around to using until this year, have had nothing but problems with it, freezing up among other things. Just received 3rd replacement, trying to transfer previous content to it, won't process. Just off the phone with cs, they want to send me the 4th. Have asked if possible to replace with kindle 2 or receive a refund, they refuse and state all they can do is keep sending 1 replacements. Is anyone else out there having this type of problem or am I the only loser with a 1?
