Do you have use_basic_cache:true under [www.fanfiction.net] in personal.ini and uncommented?

Because this line:
"FFF: DEBUG: 2021-02-16 17:40:54,211: calibre_plugins.fanficfare_plugin.fanficfare.confi gurable(996): use_browser_cache:"

...says that you don't have use_browser_cache turned on.
