I got the same error as yesterday, although it doesn't really register as an error, but I don't know what else I should call it.

I've attached images of what I see and here's the string copied directly from my PI.

[Defaults]
browser_cache_path:C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Goo gle\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

[www.fanfiction.net]
use_browser_cache:true
browser_cache_age_limit:4.0

I don't know if it makes a difference, but the URL is from inside an txt-file and not from the Ids column in Calibre.
