There is no point. The Kindle Previewer doesn't behave the same as real kindles and you are best to upload an epub2 to Amazon KDP.

The only uses for AZW is for a Kindle of your own. Converting epub2 to dual mobi works well for Smashwords as they can't know what model of Kindle someone has. Amazon perfectly convert properly done epub2 to whatever format is best for the customers kindle or Fire or App.
