What about the Oasis makes it ‘right handed’? It seems symmetric with respect to the physical page turn buttons: you just flip it over.

The part that is strange to me (on all Kindles) is the fact that the so-called Easy Reach tap zones cannot be configured. Those indeed are ‘handed’ and asymmetrical.
