To use collections created by calibre on a Kindle, the Kindles needs to be jailbroken and you will need to use the
Kindle Collections plugin together with the
Collections Manager addon.
Note that the Kindle Oasis 3 is currently not able to be jailbroken.
If you are looking for another brand of ereader that works well with calibre for collection management, I would suggest looking at the Kobo ereader lineup. Since you are posting in German, you may run into the Kobo/Tolino sales area issue.
