Scrolling problem
After posting this it occurred to me to try another browser. The User Manual does work and does scroll in Chrome. Apparently the problem is a disconnect with Safari.
I'm still learning this system. Hopefully I've attached a screen shot of the opening page of the user manual that mentions "Physics." And this is the page that keeps coming back in Safari.
