It might seem rather obvious that the Aura H2O Ed 2 v2 and it's mark 7 hardware would not be supported by a firmware revision issued in December, 2015 a few years before the first mark 7 devices was released. As far as I am aware, the first firmware downloads that support mark 7 hardware were released in early 2018.
