For the record, what probably happened is that installing the 3.19.x firmware over 4.25.x didn't replace something important. While you can usually safely downgrade a version or two, there are versions that cannot be crossed. And the wider the difference between the two versions, the less likely it is to work. For a case like this, you need to do a factory reset and do a manual install rather than letting the device do the update.
