When I first read Hyperion, it was an OCR mess. I compared a newer copy to the one I read and it was majorly fixed up.

I've seen a lot of eBooks getting revisions to fix formatting, errors, new cover and/or hi-res cover and sometimes completely redone as the filenames are changed.
